The group responsible for eviscerating our two young soldiers, need to be hunted down like animals. No mercy.

It is remarkable to me how callous Americans will be upon hearing news of civilian casualties in Iraq, repeating the "this is war" mantra. But when an American soldier dies, the liberals pick an arbitrary number to protest about and the conservatives make them heroes. What happened to "this is war"?
Can't answer that one.
We need to get the hell out of there. Yes, shit will happen when we leave, and we can't escape that fact.
I'm not advocating that we just put up stakes and go in a few months.
Does anyone really believe the insurgency is going to go away?
I can't get over the racist arrogance that underlies the sentiment that Iraqis can't manage to repair their country on their own. No, we are told, we must stay there because us superior Americans must teach these infantile Iraqis how to govern themselves. Never mind that their civilization has been in existence longer than America.
